Information used by Brawl Gamepad
When you sign in, Brawl Gamepad may receive information from Google or Firebase, including your Google account email, display name, profile photo where supplied, sign-in provider identifier, and Firebase UID.
We maintain a pseudonymous account identifier used to securely track Free Trial usage and purchase entitlements. Account records may also include your total and remaining Free Trial balance, account state, active gameplay sessions or reservations, Lifetime Pro status, purchase-verification and security identifiers, refund or revocation history, and limited records connected with account deletion or security.
A raw Google Play purchase token may be processed when a purchase is verified. It is not intended to be kept as the long-term identifier. A protected identifier derived from the token may be retained to maintain purchase and security records.
Firebase Cloud Messaging registration information may be used to notify the app when commercial access changes. If you contact support, your email correspondence may be retained so the request can be handled.
Local device information
Controller mappings, marker positions, joystick settings, and similar gameplay configuration are normally stored as local device preferences rather than backend account records. Local preferences remain on a device unless the app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android behavior.
When Lifetime Pro is verified, Brawl Gamepad may store an encrypted signed entitlement proof on your device so Pro access can be recognized securely. This local proof contains protected entitlement information rather than your raw Google Play purchase token. It may be removed when the app processes account deletion or entitlement revocation. A remote support request cannot always erase local data from a device that is offline or otherwise inaccessible.
Service providers and infrastructure
Brawl Gamepad uses Google and Firebase services for sign-in, secure account records, service operation and logging, app notifications, and Google Play purchase processing. Google Play and Firebase services may notify Brawl Gamepad when a purchase is made, restored, refunded, or revoked.
The Brawl Gamepad website is a static Firebase Hosting site. It does not use client analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, or intentional tracking cookies, and it does not connect to the production app backend. Firebase Hosting may process standard request metadata, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, and timestamps, for site delivery, reliability, operations, and security.
Account deletion and limited retention
Account deletion removes ordinary account-linked data such as the active authentication account and current account mapping. Active sessions or reservations are settled as appropriate, and active device registration is removed where applicable.
Limited pseudonymous records may remain where necessary to prevent repeated use of the one-time lifetime Free Trial, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain purchase, refund, and revocation integrity, and meet legitimate security or operational needs. These records may include the minimum Free Trial abuse-prevention information and protected purchase or entitlement history.
No fixed retention period is stated where one has not been established. Retained information is limited to these legitimate purposes. See Account Deletion for both the in-app option and the public email-request path.
Security
Brawl Gamepad uses access controls and service protections intended to protect account and commercial information. No system can promise absolute security, and users should protect their Google account and avoid sharing passwords, verification codes, or tokens.
